Food is good but customer service needs improvement on how employees needs to talk
Some of the most bland food I've ever tasted. The employees making my meal seemed like they would rather be ANYWHERE but there. Was greeted with a welcome but it felt forced. This is not the first time I've had an experience like that at a Chipotle, but my daughter was starving and they were the closest food option after getting a coffee next door. I'm done giving them anymore chances though as there are so many better food options in town that aren't a "chain restaurant" serving bland food
We have avoided this location for 2 years now due to multiple bad experiences. So we were pleasantly surprised when we tried again and it was like a different restaurant. It is apparently under new management and the manager is friendly and obviously doing a great job. Staff was friendly and efficient (a change from our past experiences) and they were fully stocked with ingredients (another basic function of a restaurant that always seemed to be a problem in the past). My family and I walked in and we were waiting in line for our turn. But as soon as we saw what a mess the food line was, we were grossed out and walked out. They had food everywhere. It was so dirty. The employees need to be trained to keep a clean line when they are building the burritos. I wouldn't be surprised if this location had bugs.
