We used the app to preorder as we were coming home from a road trip. As we were an about 40 min away I placed the order for 5:30, which was about 10 minutes after out anticipated to arrive because I’d rather wait than have it be done early…..despite that our food was still super cold….the meat seemed like it had just come out of the refrigerator….my best guess is that they made it when submitted the order rather than at the scheduled time. My experience at this location is sufficient to warrant corporate intervention. The first point of contact, a young woman behind the counter, did not greet us or even speak to us. She simply did what people ask i.e. bowl or burrito. No smile and absolutely zero concern for the customer. My young daughter greeted her kindly and received a flat, emotionless response. I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, but today was the last straw. The biggest issue is portion sizes. I ordered a steak bowl and ended up with more sauce than actual steak. For $13, that's unacceptable. The portions are so small they barely register, and it's consistent, not a one-off. The staff situation hasn't helped either.
