This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. This place is going down hill, but in a very high potential area which is sad. Every time I walk in, it’s always a line out the door, and old one person handling customers, and ringing them up, and to make matters worse, they don’t care if there’s a line of people, they will take their time. This is, without question, the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. Every single time I come here, the line is stretched out the door, yet the employees move at a pace that suggests they have absolutely nowhere to be. There seems to be no sense of urgency whatsoever, even when dozens of customers are standing around waiting. To make matters worse, basic items like cups, lids, straws, and napkins are constantly empty. Not welcoming, everyone in there look like they didn’t want to be there. Almost walked out. Especially when it seemed like everything I wanted on my bowl was out. I was so aggravated.
