Our son in law retired from the Air Force this past week, and arranged catering from this Chipotle for the reception following. The Doordash driver got to the restaurant on time, but the food wasn't ready and was delivered two hours late when most of the guests had gone. Shame on you for your rudeness to the Doordash driver, your extremely poor service, and for the embarrassment you brought on what was otherwise an outstanding day.
I ordered two separate times in one night from this location and received something completely different from what I ordered for both instances. Many items were missing both times and nothing was communicated to be out of stock, therefore preparation seemed to be careless. When I spoke with the manager on duty the next day, he was only concerned that I had already gotten a refund and finding out who had prepared my orders. I was cut off during my explanation and was not given time to voice my frustration.
This location sucks. Each time I go in the worker’s are rude, and usually their food is not fresh. And don’t order on DoorDash, it will be cold, old and stale. I love chipotle but last couple orders from here have been TERRIBLE. I hate spending money on food I could’ve made at home if I knew it would’ve been this awful. Usually I don’t complain but something needs to change here.
