Everytime I go and the bigger guy with the hat is working I get the worst scoops ever. I prepare myself to get 5 pieces of chicken. I order a protein cup and the dude won’t even fill it all the way. I’m not asking him to go above and beyond but atleast give me what i’m paying for.

I ordered a bowl and asked for the cilantro lime sauce on the side. I didn’t get a drop on my bowl. I was charged $1.50 for this sauce….the same sauce in a similar amount I would be getting on my bowl normally. I simply want to portion it myself. Regardless, I was basically charged $1.50 for a plastic container that costs the store less than a quarter. If I had ordered through the app this sauce would have qualified for as a free side. Usually this place is really good but they completely miss multiple items, had incorrect orders and the protein was so over cooked its like I ordered beef jerky instead of steak. The guac with my chips was completely brown through and through. That sucks seems like new management and workers. Disappointing.
