Great customer service, super friendly employees. The guy working right now even asked me if I wanted him to wipe down the line because I’m lactose intolerant. He gave me a sample, too, because I haven’t been to a chipotle in so long. Food is delicious as always!
Honestly for everywhere in Rutland I’m surprised this place isn’t at least 3.5 stars. My food is usually pretty good and today I’m leaving this review because one of the nice workers it was a woman with shorter hair recognized I was waiting for an online order but knew she had made the orders already. This was within 60 seconds of me sitting down and she remade it for me immediately. Thank you so much. 6/28/28
The employees here really care. My burrito was beautiful. I meant to take a picture but it was gone before I pulled my phone out.
