1-Star Review: Absolute Disaster – Belton, MO Chipotle Should Shut Down Permanently We just wasted over 25 minutes standing in line at the Belton Missouri Chipotle, only to witness one of the most unprofessional and infuriating displays of customer service I've ever seen. My husband and I stood in line for 20 minutes and have yet to order our food. The workers are incredibly slow, one keeps rolling his eyes every time someone asks for something. At one point, all workers vacated to the back while customers still stood in line. We ended up leaving and taking our business to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. We were not the only people who left because of such poor business.
I was worried this might be a bad location based on the reviews but the food was fresh and they weren't too stingey with the portions. They also weren't out of anything like other reviews mention. Restaurant was a little messy but not terrible for a Saturday night. No complaints regarding the service either. I'll be back since it's so close.
Friendly employees; clean restaurant; restrooms kept decent; Beverage Fountain and accouterments bit messy sometimes. Food cross contamination is a major issue, sometimes get food items I didn't order.
