THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOOD UNDERCOOKED AND THE PLACE IS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. I will never come back again.
As always, chipotle makes the very filling and nice burritos and foods
Out of certain items. Ask to speak to the manager, and told he was busy. Never came over to our table. Ladies room reportedly filthy with water and paper all over floor. Chairs looked dirty and had to check 4-5 before finding one the didn’t rock. This is clearly a “we don’t care about customers” restaurant!
This location never has enough people to cover pickup orders. Completely unhelpful and unable to figure out how to solve any issues. For example, if you have only two people working in the back and you have 12 people waiting for their online orders, maybe take one of the five people working the front counter to help when the lobby isn’t busy.
