RUDEST EMPLOYEES! How hard is your job people. Smile. Asking for double meat and they give you a 1/4 of what they originally give is insane. Yet they charge you. The bowls are SMALL. EVERYONE, head to the newer location on Pearl. They really feed people and they actually have friendly people serving you!
The staff is friendly and courteous. I believe the manger is doing a great job at this location, they are great job of keeping things clean
Moe and the whole team here at the bagley road chipotle in cleveland are running an outstanding restaurant! Even with their system down, they were able to accommodate the lunch rush quickly and accurately, our team was satisfied and back on the road in minutes! Top tier chipotle location, even under pressure they deliver quality! Well be sure to stop back in when were coming thru the area again!
This was the best chipotle I’ve been to yet. They truly care about keeping you in the know about the ingredients and it was super clean. Moe and the staff were super kind and warm to my broken spirits. You see, I’ve had two friends pass this week and quite honestly I’ve needed to drown my sorrows in good food. I’ve struck out a few times but this Chipotle delivered big time. Thank you for the nutrients and the conversation. I’ll be stopping by every time I’m in the area. Bravo!
