I had to go back to this place for not placing my buritto with my order. I get back home and discover several items missing from the burrito bowl I had also ordered. I did not have the energy to go back again. Also the burrito I received broke up in a couple of bites. The picture I left is before I handled it so this is the quality they are pushing with this current staff. 40 dollars was the price I paid for this headache.
I ordered in store and got home with my food to discover a bug in my food. I got a quesadilla with sides and two tacos and as eating rice I notice a bug in my rice at the very bottom. This is insane.
EDIT: I reached out to chipotle twice bc you can see they asked me to in their response. Each time they ignored me. They simply don’t care lol. ————— I hate leaving reviews. When your order online this shop or management tent to sneak in half of what you order so they could cut cost. When you ask them anything they just give you a 1800 number. What kind of business owner does that? So you have to watch them all the time.
