We went in store to order a burrito bowl and they said they were out of steak. Really? At 7:30PM on a Wednesday evening.
Order online it was the wrong order it’s not what I ordered and no one made it right!
The food is good..the app is easy to use.. . however more times than not disappointed that our order is incomplete or incorrect when using the app..updating... Not only is an online order hit or miss at times.. but since when did portions become smaller.. posted this review a couple of years ago and sadly not much has changed. Too bad I don't live in Florida because the Chipotles there kick Austins butt when it comes to full portion bowls.. I’ve been coming to this chipotle for over 3 years and one this has been consistent the entire time - the people. The staff has been extremely respectful and always attentive to anything you need. Huge shout out to Mike and Jeremy - everytime I enter the doors they greet me and make me feel right at home. This location will forever be my go to chipotle!
