OG spot have been eating here for years, consistently good
Every time I have ordered from this location they have gotten my order wrong. I order online and make sure to say extra cheese but almost every time they don’t put any cheese on my order.
Unfathomably stupid policy of refusing to stock takeout orders on the... literally labeled and designated for takeout... takeout shelf. Walk in, having ordered over 10 minutes ago with the expectation of it being on the shelf... not there... have to wait... "What's the name?"... "Sorry, what was the name?" "Have you seen...?" "It's right there." "Oh, here it is." Customer places order in app, customer walks in, takes food, customer leaves. This is how app ordering works. There's a reason you have a 3.6 rating.
