My food tasted like dish detergent. Every item in the bowl was terrible. The cashier was not friendly.... There was a guy replenishing items he was the best thing going. One guy was in the back making food and wiped his nose on his sleeve. He didn't wash his hands or change his gloves. Then when he finally changed his gloves he touched his glasses and then replaced his gloves. I should have left after I walked in and saw the guy doing this. The food was 🤮.
It was dirty and the employee that had a cleaning rag and spray in her hand was in the corner on her phone. The employee serving us was not in the mood to be at work. These employees don't realize how important customer service is and cleaning is. The cooking area had stuff all over the floor and nasty looking pots stacked up. I hope I don't get sick from the unclean environment. Whomever owns this location should fire everyone and train new employees on how to keep a restaurant clean and how important the customer is. The service is very much subpar. I stood in the seating area for 5 minutes until someone helped me. There were at least 5 employees present.
