We had a very disappointing experience at this location today afternoon. Two employees treated us poorly and were not patient with our children. They kept asking questions and rushing them instead of giving them time to think and make decisions. At the end of our order, they also forgot to offer the complimentary drink and chips that we were supposed to receive. Another employee remembered it only afterward. We expected a much more friendly and patient customer service experience, especially when ordering with children.

Was on my lunch break and didn’t know what I wanted. Stopped by this chipotle because it’s close to my work. I had a wonderful experience staff was extremely helpful and nice. I have never tried the queso and was iffy about it so the manager Destiny let me try a free sample and I can say I will be back.
