Thursday, July 30, 2026 – 6:00 PM The service was terrible. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt unwelcome from the moment I walked in. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I will never visit this Chipotle Mexican Grill location again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Its a good thing there are doctor offices nearby. I love salty food, but whoever over salted the chicken is trying to give someone a heart attack. You also shorted me on sides the last two times I ate there. I hope people read this and avoid this location.
Absolute chaos and a mess. The bowl was literally dripping in grease / oil all over the outside and when I pulled it out of the bag it got all over my car and ruined my pants. When I went back in and said something - completely vacant stares like they didn’t even understand what I was saying. Zero response just completely vacant expressions.
I experienced an incident of xenophobia; even though I placed my order in English, the girl who served me wouldn't speak to me, gave me whatever she felt like, and had a terrible attitude. I don't know why they hire people like that for customer service.
I have video proof of this experience and I’m willing to share. This is the first time I left a restaurant in shock. After placing an online order, I realize the side portions of rice, beans, and corn are not the normal portions I have been receiving. It was drastically under portioned to the point I couldn’t even fill a single taco (I tried).
