My meal has been stolen from the pickup booth multiple times at this location. Staff were screaming at eachother once. Today I got my meal and half of it was missing. I called the restaurant 4 times and got no answer. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE
This is the closest location to where I live, so I’m very familiar with it. I have been here a few times over the years, but it has gotten gradually much worse. The service is okay, the food is barely okay, but I must say unfortunately the restaurant is absolutely filthy and for that reason, I don’t plan to ever return again. The floor is disgusting, chips and rice everywhere. The restaurant is literally infested with ants, ants were crawling all over and that really grossed me out. 4th time this week and every single time we get food at least for 3 people people. And every single time we ask for spoon they say that they don't have it, and all these 4 times we got the food, there is too much salt in it. Im not sure if there is anyone tasting the food before they give it to customers or it like whoever is in the kitchen and have free time can pick up the salt and add it on the food.
