Salt bomb with a hint of chipotle bowl. The chicken was so salty that seawater would taste like regular water. I used to go to this location so much, but it's been going downhill over the course of the last couple years...
Well, I keep coming back because I love Chipotle and this is the closest one to my house. The franchise owner or manager has to be a sleep at the wheel. Still dirty dining area, they were out of drink syrup but weren’t telling anyone. And worst of all, I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for an online order. Everytime we come here the inside is dirty.
The food was good as always but the Asian server was extremely rude and very inpatient. He had a very bad attitude and was a bad server in general. But the other 2 Hispanic servers were very nice and did their job well.
I ordered pickup and asked for guac, extra corn, double meat, and hot sauce. Instead I got sour cream, no corn, single meat and no hot sauce. I honestly can’t believe how you can mess up a bowl this bad. Had to call customer support to get this fixed. This is honestly insane how bad they messed this up.
I order online from this location regularly, and I’m very disappointed with the inconsistency in the food quality. Sometimes the food tastes great, but other times it is extremely salty and difficult to eat. Chipotle is a major restaurant chain, so I expect the food to have a consistent taste and quality every time I order. It should not depend on which day I order or who is working in the kitchen.
