I visited this location today and the food was great. The only thing that I didn't like which I'm pretty sure is a health hazard is that they had uncovered chipotle sauces sitting out. Yes, having uncovered bottle sauces (like Tabasco) is a potential health hazard and a very common violation of local health codes, such as the NYC Health Code.

Employees at this store are rude and act annoyed that customers are even ordering. If you don’t like your job, then leave. When I came to pick up my food, the cashier was standing there doing nothing and told me I had to wait for someone else who was just staring at a screen. I had to ask, “How would she even know I’m here?” before he finally went to get her. It should be common sense to let the employee know a customer is waiting, or better yet, just help me yourself and avoid the unnecessary delay altogether. Terrible cust... read more

Staff was extremely rude, and based on other reviews, that seems to be a recurring issue. The dining area was also filthy, which makes me question the cleanliness standards behind the scenes. With so many Chipotle locations in the area, I’d rather spend my money where customers are treated with appreciation and respect. It’s disappointing that management appears unwilling to address these issues, so I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. No thank you. I’ll pass.
