Nothing has changed at this place. The customer service is still very bad and the staff does not seem to care about customers. The lady taking the payment was very rude and made the experience unpleasant. I also asked for extra, but the portion size was still very small and they did not care about what I requested. Overall, the service was rude, the portions were disappointing, and the customer experience was very poor.
My go-to chipotle spot in the beavercreek area. Like any chipotle, portions are a dice roll. Wish they would be more consistent. Picture is how my food was seen upon opening (3/4 full?). Maybe best to order in person. Food is always tasty though.
