The employee working the line on 08/30/26 at approximately 9:50 PM (over an hour before closing) was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. He had AirPods in and did not acknowledge me in line for more than a few minutes. The employee placed my tortilla on a scrub brush that was sitting on the line. The meat portions at Chipotle have gotten ridiculously small. I paid for a full serving and barely got any meat. On top of that, the beans and chicken were surprisingly spicy, which really threw off the entire meal.
I got steak tacos yesterday that tasted oddly like clams. Ended up having stomach upset that evening but wasn't sure why. Tasting the leftovers today, this beef is obviously spoiled.
Terrible experience; the manager(a month ago) was extremely rude and unprofessional. This location used to be really great 4 years ago, but after moving back and visiting again, it's the complete opposite. Go to another location nearby.
