Chipotle is one of my favorite spots. I’ve been going to this one for years, but today the Closter Chipotle staff made my night. I ordered a burrito from DoorDash, but got a call saying they didn’t have the protein I ordered. The Chipotle employee very kindly asked me what I’d like as a substitution and offered to include free chips and guac, to make up for the payment deficit without the protein.
