Our family has enjoyed Chipotle over the years but recently it has been going down in service and presentation. Just this evening, we visited the Waxahachie location and I was quite appalled to walk into a complete mess. Management absolutely should re-evaluate the staffing situation and require higher standards - the overall atmosphere is just chaotic and messy. Not a location I would wish to frequent in the near future.
The food was really good. And the chips were also fresh. The portions were a little meh. But i got full and loved the juices they have
