It was just like the commercial advertised, real steak, real food. It was amazing. And you don't get that very much smiling face.
2:30 in the afternoon, on a Tuesday. They were out of everything. When I asked if they could make some vegetables, even just raw, or even just some onions chopped up that are on hand. They turned around and said, “I have no one in my kitchen.” “Sorry” I finished paying, and found out that not only were they out of every topping, they also charge for sauce and chips. The girl seemed really stressed out, but that's just customer service I think. The goal though is not to let people know that. The food was great and it wasn't too busy.
I forgot to ask for her name, but the girl with black braids that had streaks of pink in it, mirrored nose pericings, and gems on her teeth who made my bowl was so sweet. She was very professional and seemed to care about making my bowl. Literally the best customer service experience I've had a Chipotle.
