So disappointed!! Service was incredibly slow, like there is no sense of urgency whatsoever despite a line of people waiting to order. Other staff walking around talking to each other but none willing to help serve the customers waiting. Ordered a kids taco meal and a burrito and both were awful. The carnitas in the taco meal was so dry my child couldn’t even eat it. Waste of time and money.

Dear Chipotle, Your mission should you choose to accept it: place two people on the food line, place one person at the register, assign someone to empty the trash cans, assign someone to clean the dining room, assign someone to put toilet paper in the bathroom. If you accomplish these tasks, I’d be happy to give you five stars. Btw, if you’re curious why your sales aren’t as high as they could be, it’s because people are walking out seeing how long the wait is (4 people left and went home while we were there). I expected a little better than what I saw yesterday, dirty floors, windows so many finger prints it was hard to see in , tables dirty , extra slow service, when you order online and they give you a time you don’t expect to still be waiting 20 minutes after you arrive, then dude is serving food with no hairnet . My first and last . Finally I get my order and the guy got kinda smart answering me ..nah this place ain’t for me . A slop house

Guy at the register was purposely ignoring the line of people picking up orders. It was not busy and there was one person standing in line to order. But Kirk I said ignored the line of people who did a pre order. About 5 of us standing there.
