went here for a bowl and the cheese and guacamole fell off onto the counter, in which a girl with blonde hair then proceeded to say something under her breath and scoop everything that fell on the counter back into my bowl. a friend i was with said another worker looked at what she was doing and looked shocked. very odd! won’t be coming back to here.
I made an online order, I paid for extra queso and extra lime sauce and did not receive either of those things, and I didn't get my sour cream either. Also got extra meat, which it definitely didn't have, or your portions are just terrible. I included a $10 tip thinking they would appreciate it and do it right but apparently they're lazy and unappreciative. Noted. I ordered chipotle online for my grandparents and I and when we got our food the burritos were not rolled up at all, and the names were not on the right burritos that i put on for them on the app. everything was messed up and everyone was eating each others burritos until i realized something was wrong. And with the burritos being portly wrapped, everything just feel out.
