Worst location in the area. Consistently out of food items and always a mess. Giving 2 stars because the staff are really kind.
Worst chipotle in the DMV. They close at 11pm and at 9pm theyre already acting like they’re closed, taking food off the heaters and serving everything cold. Rude and lazy workers, boycott this garbage!!!
Do yourself a favor and go to Cava across the street or drive to a different location. I eat chipotle at least once a week and tried this location today. They gave me the least amount of chicken I’ve ever had in my entire 10 years eating at chipotle. I took all the pieces out of my bowl and it was only 6 pieces, I said something about it in the line and they ignored me. I also told them and scanned for a free chip and they still charged me for it. They gave me a free guac to make up for that which was decent.
