Absolutely terrible service. I placed my order through DoorDash 15 minutes in advance, and they marked it as ready. When I arrived, the order was clearly not ready, and they made me wait another 10 minutes. Don’t mark an order as ready if it isn’t actually ready. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
That lady with a lazy eye infront of the register doesn’t look happy at all I asked for my pick Up and she just threw it to the table hard like she didn’t care Excuse if you don’t like working here then don’t show up at all simple Customer service is unacceptable here I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you like your meal served with a side of attitude
Gotta say this is the best Chipotle I’ve been to in recent memory. The overall experience took me back to the energy, fun, and quality of the early days and I was kind of basking in that for awhile. Special kudos to the managers you can tell there’s a lot of strong vision and disciplined execution which I appreciate. Thank you
