7 PM and just two people on the restaurant. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY CLUE. I ordered a burrito bowl. Chicken was old and tough. Skimpy on the rice. Very little lettuce was out. I asked for lettuce three times. Tiny sprinkles three times. The bowl of food barely measured to the rim. This location is horrible.
My experience was horrible. A customer dropped a drink while 2 employees were just sitting there on the rake. Instead of helping the customer another 5 minutes pass by and no one did anything standing there around, I was gonna apply for a job, but I noticed that if they don't care about the customers, I wonder how they feel about employees. Homeless people loitering by the drink machine smelling like feces and employees doing nothing about it. Spoiled my appetite.
I went in on Thursday August 6-2026. I got a bowl with meat, several kinds, veggies- cooked, & rice. The chicken was overcooked & tasted horrible. Not even sure if the other was beef. Too salty & tasted weird. The rice was clumped together & tasted like it had been sitting for days. I went in to order & to take home. Parking is a nightmare.
