I ordered two bowls for delivery for dinner and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food I received. The lettuce in both bowls was visibly old and covered with brown spots, which already made it seem like the ingredients were not fresh. When I looked more closely before eating, I found a bug in the lettuce. This was completely unacceptable and honestly made me lose my appetite. I don't leave bad reviews unless they are terrible. One guy working the line and he was trying to keep up but waited over 45 mins in line and I was 6th in line. Good was good but man, will not be returning. Update: I tried to go to their website as they suggested to speak directly to them and you can't select their store so it was not helpful.
