Undercooked rice gave me food poisoning, reported to the authorities
I have a dog myself and love them dearly, but having a non-service animal in the restaurant that was clearly not trained and so close to where they prep the food is a huge issue for me. I brought this to the attention of multiple staff members but they just shrugged and clearly didn’t care/didn’t know what to do.
Literally so rude for no absolute reason, food doesn’t taste that good either
I live very close to this Chipotle, so I’ve ordered from this location many times. At first, the food was good, but lately the quality has become very inconsistent. Today was probably my worst experience. The white rice was extremely salty—to the point that I couldn’t eat it. I went back and explained the issue, and they replaced it with brown rice.
