Chipotle in Clarendon is close to my house, so it is convenient, but it’s honestly awful. I’ve given it multiple tries, and each time, it’s dirty, the staff is rude, and the portions are smaller than other locations. I’d rather take the metro to Rosslyn than come here. Worse, they have a back door that often isn’t monitored, and I’ve repeatedly seen homeless people come in and help themselves to things like using the drink stations with cups from trash or they have from street, napkins, one even took hot sauce bottle. I was being rushed by employees despite there not being a line. Gave tiny portions and rushed through before you could ask for anything more. They skipped over the beans entirely and I had to ask for them to go back and add the beans, which they seemed annoyed by. I felt too rushed (again for no reason) to get my phone out to scan for the rewards, so I planned to ask for my receipt but the cashier threw it out immediately before I could ask. This chipotle I have visited it 3 times. Once for dining in,the other for pick up and this time I took my food to go. The ladies on the line are always mad and always have an attitude. Today I went there and asked for new steak because the steak on the line was dry. The lady literally said no they don’t have fresh steak then in Spanish said “she needs to eat that” like for real?
