I ordered hard shell and got soft shell, quesadilla didn't have included items on it, sat in drive thru lane, the only person, for over 5 min and had to yell thru the window for someone to hand me my order. Do not go to this location.
Not fresh or good quality food. The bowl’s rice was crusty and chips are stale. I’m not sure why management hasn’t changed things.
We gave up on Chipotle years ago because they were always out of everything and the line was always so long with very few people working. We just stopped by the Leestown Rd location a few minutes ago and the service was 10/10. There was one customer ahead of us and three people working up front. Service was quick and everyone was super nice. Not sure if we just got lucky or if this location has improved, but based on today, we’ll definitely be back.
Don’t understand why this location is rated so low. I’ve been here numerous times and have not had a single issue. I’ll be back!
