I've noticed all Chipotle restaurants are lacking on cleanliness. Portion size has gone way down and the meat has been much fattier and grisly.
The employees are kinda jerks. Foods okay. Maybe moble order to avoid the workers as much as possible?
I’m sitting in the lobby now. I’ve been here for over 40 min I told them I had a mobile order and they told me to wait by the pick up sign. I’ve watched them help at least 20 customers and I’m still sitting here waiting for my order. Doesn’t make any sense. Then when there’s no customers they just stand there instead of getting my food. Visited Chipotle after watching the CEO talk about giving “a little more,” but when I asked for a little more, they barely added anything. The portions were disappointing and definitely not satisfying. Feels like the CEO says one thing online but the stores do another. Pretty frustrating experience.
