Arrived at location on a Sunday 430pm. There was 1 couple in front of us. One person was ordering. There was only 1 new person making ordered at the walk in counter. It took 30 min to leave. When there was only 2 bowls made in front of us. The manager thought that it was a better idea to help the online orders instead of the line out he door of walk ins. I paid 25$ for this bowl. Was missing half the stuff I wanted, plus this is how I got it. Half empty. No salad. Barely any rice. And they made me wait 25 mins additional for my online order
This place is horrible for lunch. Serving 12:10 pickup orders at 11:55 but making 12:00 wait until 12:18. No coke in the fountain, and no ice in the fountain. And then the online ordering has the gall to ask for a tip ahead of time??? So you tip and still get putrid service. Staff are consistently miserable...management here must be a real joy to work for
It was not busy, service was quick.
