I've started driving across town to a different Chipotle because the lines are so long, the portions are so small and the staff so unfriendly.
This place has mostly good food and decent service. The problem is they only have one person on the assembly line at any given time, so lines can build up fast, even for pickup. And the past couple times I’ve been here to pick up my orders, the chicken has been burnt to a crisp. Needs to improve in those areas.
Service couldn’t be slower. Even at 9pm with an almost nonexistent line. Time and time again.
Portions are very small and the staff are indifferent.
