My mom ordered two bowls we got all the way home mind you that’s an hour just to see that they didn’t give us two bowls and she had watched them Do both both and for some reason they didn’t give her both bowls And then she called and they tried turning it around on her. This is the third time I've got food from them and I get old rancid guacamole which they charge extra for.
Bathrooms here are always dirty! Yesterday I went to get a bowl and the amount of meat they put on there was a slap in the face! we are paying for a full scoop of meat and what I got was miserable! I told him to add extra and he proceeded to tell me that would be double, like are you serious?? This place honestly has been going down hill so ill definitely stop spending my money here.
Do not go to this location. This is the second time they have forgotten items on my order, and on top of it the guac is all deep brown and tastes bad. Not brown like you can scrape the top off, brown all the way through. there is another location 5/10 mins away and it’s worth an extra drive if you want chipotle that bad but this ruined it for me.
