I generally like Chipotle and usually this location is decent, but the man behind the counter rolled his eyes and argued when I asked for him to remake the brown rice (it was dry and hard), and it was very under portioned. Additionally, it was cold, and the guac was brown. Restaurant was not super clean either. Won’t be coming back to this location.
I’ve never had this experience before, but lately it’s been hit or miss ordering through the Chipotle pickup lane. I always order double chicken, and this time it honestly looked like I got less than a regular serving. It felt like the chicken was being stretched just to fill the bowl, and there was barely any in it. At that point, what’s the point of paying extra for double chicken? Horrible eats. You will regret it. Because of this one location, I will never eat chipotle again and chipotle use to be my life. Chicken was super fatty and bland. The entire bowl was horrible. I almost threw up.
Worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. Everything was dirty and nasty—food prep area and almost all the tables in dining room. I could cut them a break if it was very busy but when I walked in there was almost no one there and there were like 5 kids behind the counter cutting up with each other. Management needs to take control and clean this place up and have higher expectations for employees. But I will be staying away from this location!
