My orders automatically go to this location because the closest one to me does not do delivery anymore. The last four times I ordered I was missing items such as chips, tortillas and drinks. When using the app they always give you a reward rather than a refund, causing me to have to continue to order from them. I love chipotle and I understand the workers are probably overworked, but something needs to change or close it down. this place sucks i got a steak burrito and they didnt give me a single piece of steak
Ordered a steak burrito online for pick up, got home and there was NO STEAK in it. Not one single morsel or trace of beef. Lately any other time ive been ordering in the employees seem to be too busy joking with each other to pay much attention so not surprised. Maybe better management can tighten the slack?
