My rice is cold and im around the corner from the restaurant My beans are mushy. The corn is hard and they didn’t add my sour cream so this is a food issue and the beans is spilling on the side the bowl the representatives that you call for door dash for customer service do nothing to help you. I tried to put it in a refund with door dash it kept saying error and buffing customer service just put you on mute and they come back and act like they did something when they did nothing but read a script or talk to a robot. Consistently not open yet 20+ minutes after posted opening time
Low amount of protein per serving. Expect the Paris treatment from some of the workers: unbothered, tired of their job, ready to quit
I honestly feel that when working with food, employees should not have their cell phones out. Their attention should be focused on the customers, and I shouldn’t have to ask to be served. Customer service should be attentive and proactive. Also, the tables were sticky and needed to be wiped down.
