This location in particular cannot fulfill online orders accurately. Twice, we ordered the cilantro sauce on the side and didn't receive it. Once, I received someone else's meal. Today, this is what they call a kids chicken quesadilla - didn't receive the other sides ordered and this pitiful excuse for a quesadilla. I had to supplement it. All this while Chipotle charges more while skimping on everything but rice - not worth it.
Chipotle has lost most of my business, this location is challenging since it's always busy and employees are stretched thin. One mobile order was ready 30 minutes after estimated completion time. Recent in person visit, the front line was making food so fast to keep up with crowd that sour cream was sprayed across both salsas and the guacamole. Gradually transitioned to Qdoba which isn't as busy and food is equivalent.
