So today I ordered online again and had another issue not once but twice. I ordered two bowls and only got one bowl but it's not even my order. I call the store to speak to a manager and all the employees and including the manager are very rude. I'm telling him that I got the wrong order in my bag and he tells me he bagged it and that it's two bowls basically insinuating I'm lying. Usually love this location, but my todays visit 5/25/26 8:00pm was disappointing. The store was not clean, fresh food wasn't being called to the line (my wife did not want to eat here), and I watched a staff member wipe down the food line with his gloved hands instead of a clean rag — that's a basic food safety issue. Also a “manager” sagging noticeably and kicking boxes around in the back. Store was very nasty. These are fixable problems and I hope upper management addresses them.
