I used to love this location when it first opened, food was always good, staff was nice. The past year or two has been TERRIBLE. Typically there’s one staff member out front to fill orders, the cashier is never around, most of the staff are rude to each other and the customers. I’ve seen food safety concerns like filling bowls over top of the ingredients (getting sauces and toppings mixed together as they drop out of the bowl they’re preparing) and the cooks sitting back eating food from the grill and playing on their phones... read more

Well we just got home from ordering here 8/5/26. Got home to see they charged for queso on two bowls and extra meat. Went back to chipotle to tell them and they only gave me back the money on the queso ….not the extra meat. I think the do this intentionally- so watch your receipt! The food was not cooked -rice and beans were hard as a rock we all threw it away - hire better people this place sucks! They always say if the bathroom is bad don’t eat there-enough said! Unfortunately, this location has become progressively worse with each visit. The food is always old, but that is far from the worst part. The worker at the front, who appears to be nearing 30, is always rude… that is unless you are a teenage girl, then you will receive wonderful service, fresh food, and unsolicited pet names.
