I don’t know what happened to the two crew members on tonight’s line. The woman who was starting the line was very rude for no reason and I even asked if she was upset. She tossed everything with so much frustration for no reason. She treated us as if we were in a homeless shelter. Moved here around October and I’ve never had an issue with any other chipotle but it’s twice now that I’ve gotten food poisoning from eating here, will not be coming back and I think they seriously need to be inspected soon.
A girl Employee was charge extra for getting more than 2 spoons in bowl. But in plate she haven’t had even 2 spoons she did 2 half spoons and said I did 2 spoons
Fast and efficient service, I had my food ready in less than 5 minutes :) I went around 12:50 pm and it wasn't as busy; however, I've gone during rush hour in the past and still received great service!!
I really enjoy the Hanford location. The staff has always been friendly. Having experienced the new Lemoore location (nothing against their staff) but the food just literally taste different! They seem to have different equipment. I prefer the other equipment from the older stores.
