I’d like to point out that most of the people who left negative reviews had only one or two reviews on their profiles at the time they posted here, and their accounts had been created only recently. This looks either like a coordinated attempt by competitors to lower the rating of Sammamish Chipotle or some other kind of shady activity. The Service struggling means it’s an employee to franchise owner problem. The amount of food does not equal what other locations outside the area provide, the employees seem untrained with either being too young or high employee turnover. I go to other states for work and the difference in quality and quantity is crazy. I come here only when I HAVE to since it’s close. I’d come here probably daily if it wasn’t for the service. It’s a franchise, so the best practices are shared nationally…it shouldn’t be this hard.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to asked for steak I got 6 pieces of meat I asked for more and they said it would be a extra charge you’ve got to be kidding me I asked for a double wrapped burrito and it was the skinniest burrito I’ve ever seen plus it costed 25 dollars do not go here

Every time i come here i feel like i’m actually getting scammed. You get about a 5 of the protein portions you should. The staff is always just so rude about it on top of it. I didn’t even take a bite out of the bowl and that’s how much chicken i got.
