Absolutely dirty in this place… food everywhere dirty floors, water on floors , behind counter filthy dirty the music is very loud bad word music ???
One word: Consistency. This location consistently has THE WORST management I've ever experienced at Chipotle, and nearly any restaurant I've visited for that matter. Whether orders are placed online or in store, I consistently wait 30+ minutes for my orders which is insane for a Chipotle. They always seem to be out of or waiting for an ingredient for my order, and online orders are typically inaccurate. I never see any of the employees smile. Under new management? This Chipotle used to be clean, delicious and had plenty of staff and great service. I enjoyed eating here several times a week. Now, there is ALWAYS a long line and literally 1 employee making and ringing. There is food everywhere and cross contamination happening between food but also from the dirty cash and register. Maybe whatever you changed in the last couple months- please change it back.
The food they have is good. The last couple times we've been here they are pretty much out of every meat except chicken. Also, the trash is overflowing and there's trash all over the floor. Where's the manager of this place?
I love Chipotle. I worked as a kitchen manager at one for several years. This location needs help. The food quality is inconsistent and the service is consistently bad. Night shift seems to never know what is going on, are always far behind on online orders, and are constantly out of things despite there never seemingly being all that busy.
