Placed an online order and went to pick it up and got ignored by not 1 BUT 2 girls working there after telling them both I was there to pick up an order. Got home and both orders were wrong absolutely nothing I ordered chicken and got steak. Terrible location . Chipotle fix your employees and their attitude.

This is what Chipotle is supposed to be. The Puyallup location consistently has the best employees, great portions, fresh food, and a clean restaurant. The staff is friendly, they actually listen to what you ask for, and the burritos are made properly instead of being rushed and falling apart. Ordered online.. I swear they gave us a pulled apart rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. I’ve had chipotle chicken a lot and this was completely different it even has skin on it like a rotisserie. The quality was literally horrible on this visit. Got a bowl and had barely anything in it and a quesadilla that looked like it was stepped on. I order from the chipotle kind of often and this was like a crazy bad experience.
