I wish I can give it 0 stars. They are tryflin, the place is dirty as hell, and they are unprofessional. In there playing around with their friends coming in the store and can’t even tend to the customers. Nobody was even there to ring us up for about 5 minutes! Wish I could put them in the negative. Raggedy place!

Pase comprando comida ami hijo le gusta,y nos salieron cabellos largos en la comida pienso que deberían andar mas con precaución las gorras que usan todas levantadas para rriba deberían usar mallas para cabellos etc

Ordered delivery, food arrived late, no contact with the driver, and had arrived EATEN. Chipotle corporate provided no apology or relief, or goodwill discount on the reorder - required me to order an additional order on top of my order to get any type of relief - and required me to reorder myself. Shame on Chipotle.

What a poorly managed location. We typically go for lunch right when they open at 11am. Every single time there are several workers sitting down at the tables and eating while the line of around 10-15 people wait for one worker to make their order. Super frustrating to wait 15-20 minutes for one person to help everyone in line. You’d think lunch time would be the time when everyone is pitching in to help, but the girls act lazy and unenthusiastic. On the bright side though, their forks are awesome.
