Worst experience ever in chipotle… This lady is in picture is so rude. she’s doesn’t have the patience. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The food was cold, the portions were extremely small, and several ingredients didn’t seem fresh. The staff was unfriendly, rushed through my order. I definitely won’t be returning unless major improvements are made. I would rate 0/10

I ate at Chipotle today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food quality was not good, and the service was even worse. They were out of almost everything I wanted to order, which made it very frustrating. The employee didn’t apologize, explain the situation, or suggest any alternatives or substitutions. Instead, they seemed uninterested in helping. The restaurant also didn’t seem well-prepared or organized, and the overall customer service was poor.
