Bowl, upside down, my burrito bowl / SOUP, dripping, over filled, sour cream was grainy, rice was in suck CLUMPS, I’ve never seen something so disappointing and gross from a chipotle in my life.

I had a very disturbing experience at this Chipotle location. I am Black, and during my visit, I felt racially profiled by an employee because of my race. I was treated in a way that made me feel singled out, disrespected, and unwelcome, while other customers did not appear to be treated the same way. No one should have to experience racial profiling while simply trying to get food. Hear me out. Definitely depends on who is working on the shift. Do not try and order no later than 7pm because they are always out the corn tortillas and or chicken. It’s a hit or miss. I’ve had to get a refund so many times I know they think I’m lying but I have pictures to prove. I pay for extra and they literally give me a baby spoon of meat and load up with veggies. First the guy making the burrito bowl didn't know what tomatillo salsa was, one of the main salsas of chipotle. It was so loud when he asked questions I had to have him repeat multiple times and he never even spoke up so I couldn't hear him. The rice in our food was completely undercooked, my burrito had almost no steak in it, and he didn't know how to wrap my burrito so it literally fell apart in the bag on the way home.
