Today’s shift was absolutely perfect. Everything was great. What especially surprised me was that they actually asked how I wanted the ingredients placed in my bowl — for example, rice on one side and lettuce on the other. I’ve honestly never been asked that at Chipotle before, and it was a really nice touch. The portions were fair, generous, and satisfying, and everyone was noticeably more polite and friendly today. This is exactly the kind of service that makes you want to give five stars. Great job to today’s team!
I really like Chipotle and usually enjoy coming here. We ate at this location yesterday, and the employee wearing glasses gave us good, normal portions. Everything was fresh and delicious. We came back today, but unfortunately the experience was completely different. The girl serving us gave about half a scoop of almost every ingredient. Had an exceptionally horrible experience with the young man takingorders at the Springfield, OR store and the owners and management couldn't care less. He refused to make more than one item at a time. Forced a customer with multiple items in her order to leave. On the way out he wanted to fight me. Please have the windows cleaned this place is filthy. Ive been in Springfield for 4 years and the windows seem to have been dirty for all 4 years. Clean this place up and care about who you hire
