this was the most pleasant Chipotle experience I have ever had.. i’ve been to several locations in Grand Rapids, Southfield, Canton. Zyaire (i think the guy with locs who made my bowl) was extremely kind and polite! then i had an issue using my BOGO and the young lady with braids and young man helping her were also very sweet in helping me with a pretty otherwise quick checkout. Came here at opening and started to order a bowl, the manager came and yelled at me and the girl at the counter saying they were not open for another 5 min. I could have just waited the extra time but he was extremely rude so I walked out. I’ve always had a decent experience here, but today was different. Side note, can people keep up on their hygiene? As a manager you should at least look presentable.
I was sad to find out they don't do quesorido. They stated that only Taco Bell makes it, and the chips were over-salted. But the customer service was OK.
Had take out and the food was fresh and quickly prepared. Tasted great. I will visit them again.
The bowl was completely ruined by the rice. It was clearly old, dried out, and so stale that it was literally hard and crunchy. Chewing on what felt like raw grains of rice made the whole meal inedible.
