Land of terrible. Very disappointing experience. This chipotle was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained, which made the whole visit unpleasant. The manager and employees were not helpful or professional, and the service was extremely slow. It took way too long just to get our order taken. go to their humble superior CAVA. its like 100 steps away, while being cheaper, cleaner, and better. this place is actually disgusting
This location is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The restaurant is below sanitation standards, online orders are prepared over 1 hour late after committed, service is rude and food is below standards. Why the health department has not closed this restaurant is beyond me. Chipotle should manage its franchise a lot better. This location is destroying their brand and reputation.
This location is the worst location I’ve been in they give you the littlest food and when you ask for more, they wanna charge you double on anything you ask can I get some more? I just paid $37 for a bowl that I regular just paid $20 Teacher server had to serve the proper amount of food before they charge double on it.
This location has been going downhill for a few years. It feels like just because they get a lot of business, especially with the college nearby, they think the mess and poor service are excusable. I placed an online order recently, and when I arrived 10 minutes after my designated time, there were at least 10 delivery drivers crowded around the pickup space with no orders completed.
