Update: Background music too loud. Otherwise, good experience.
There was a black dude cooking in the back talking trash to his asian co worker.l know it’s a race thing because he was training another black dude how to cut chicken and was all nice about it but as soon as the Asian guy asked him for something, he gives him hella attitude. Not coming to this chipotle anymore with all this tension and racism.
The food was okay. The place is not being cleaned as often as it should. There was about 2 tables that were clean. There were no utensils and no napkins.
Awful experience. I waited 30 minutes for a pickup order. The app said it was on the shelf. I was told someone took my order but I was inside the store before it was “ready on the shelf.” The workers seemed overwhelmed. They were not apologetic or offered an explanation other than they were working on it. They also had an issue with their ice machine.
